Just wanted to let you know that USCIS will increase their fees, effective December 23, 2016.
Fee for I-140 (Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker – first step of NIW application) will go from $580 to $700.
I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status – second step) fee raises from $985 to $1,140.
This significant change could cost you hundreds of bucks, especially if you apply with dependants (your family members). So hurry up and submit your petition before December 23, 2016!

It is our case from 2013 so it doesn’t reflect the increased cost for I-485.
