As you have probably heard, USCIS (AAO) released a new precedent case Dhanasar recently (December 27, 2016) which slightly changed the requirements for EB2 National Interest Waiver category. I wrote a detailed blog post to show you the difference between Dhanasar and NYSDOT (previous precedent) and introduce the new rules.
