Average approved NIW case – basic credentials

We collected over 300 National Interest Waiver cases recently approved (2012 and 2013) and made the statistics from it. Here we show average credentials of applicants, i.e. education, publications, citations, how many reference letters they had etc. We calculated also average processing time and how big portion of the cases received RFEs.
