In this post, I describe how we built our NIW case and what arguments we used to get our green card approved. I provide very detailed information – my husband’s credentials, how we got the letters of recommendation from experts, how our case developed over the time, what evidence we used, how many hours it took to put everything together, how much did it cost and how long was the processing time.
We collected over 300 National Interest Waiver cases recently approved (2012 and 2013) and made the statistics from it. Here we show average credentials of applicants, i.e. education, publications, citations, how many reference letters they had etc. We calculated also average processing time and how big portion of the cases received RFEs.
